Whoops. Forgot that I got tagged by Ron.

Name five of life's simple pleasures that you like most, then pick five people to do the same:

1. Hanging out and squabbling with LC;
2. Rereading a good book and coming across forgotten details;
3. Working on a photograph and if I'm lucky, seeing something beautiful emerge;
4. Hearing the Director's commentary on a DVD to learn how the movie was made;
5. Kopi-O. Hot, sweet and strong.

No idea who to pass this on too, but Ashwin and Eng Loy might enjoy giving this a go.

The almost equal divide of water and land for this photo means that they'll struggle for attention. In my opinion, you've to give more to either one. I will personally choose the sea and shift the framing to t he right. There'll be a tendency to keep the stairway which leads attention to the person facing the sea. Well, take more!

btw, it seems rather overexposed...some details lost.

jcyrhs, shooting these landscapes has been a learning process for me.

The exposure was a conscious choice. These were shot at mid-day and I wanted to recreate the brightness of the original scene. Given more time, I'd shoot during the magic hour :-)
